As the year comes to a close, the My Homeschool Team will be taking a well-deserved break over Christmas—and we hope you will too!
Holiday Closure Details
Our support services will be closed from Friday, 20th December and will reopen on Monday, 30th December 2024.
During this time:
- The My Homeschool website will remain operational for placing orders.
- Update: We successfully completed the site upgrade on Tuesday night. We will still do some site maintenance during the holiday break but we will not need to put the whole site in maintenance mode. However, some courses may temporarily be hidden as we do some updates.
Although you can send us email enquiries during the closure, please note that responses will resume after 30th December.
Exciting Changes for 2025
As we prepare for the new year, we’re excited to announce an update to our course support process.
Beginning in 2025:
- Course support will transition to a dedicated support form, allowing us to provide more personalised and effective assistance. You can also book a call!
- The Community Forum will continue to serve as a noticeboard and a place to report broken links, but it will no longer host general course support discussions. However, the messaging feature on the forum will still be available for peer connections.
